Here's how I'm doing it: I'm joining Allison and Sarah in the 2012 Mom in Chapel Hill Fitness Challenge. We're three Moms with small children, busy lives and hectic schedules--just like most of you. And we're training for the Abundance Foundation's Earth Day 5K in Briar Chapel (April 21). We aren't saying we will be perfect, and we aren't saying we will finish this race in stellar time, (okay, maybe they will), but our journey should get us fit!
