Creative Food Drive in Durham Tomorrow!

and a great weekend it should be!   Is anyone else just loving this weather?  What a perfect day in the Triangle!

Tomorrow brings Farmers' Markets!  and tomorrow afternoon (2-6pm) at the Durham Farmers' Market,  you can catch the Creative Food Drive.  and it really is a creative food drive!  In fact, local teams and organizations will be competing to build the most creative structure out of non-perishable goods!  And that isn't all--there will be food trucks!  live music!  local beer! face painting!  pumpkin painting!  and more!

Want the scoop on the vendors who will be there?  Here's a sampling:

Will and Pop's
Daisy Cakes
Slippin Sliders
Pie Pushers
Farmhand Foods
The Parlour
Fullsteam Brewery
Bull City Burgers and Brewery
Triangle Brewing Company
Local Yogurt

The event is hosted by MHAWorks and sponsored by GSK.  It is free and open to the public.    Donations of non-perishable goods are encouraged.  What a great way to get out and enjoy the afternoon, and benefit the Food Bank of Central and Eastern North Carolina!
